- Scope of application.
The current terms of business apply to all customer
transactions. The version current at the time of order shall apply.
- Prices
The stated prices are final retail prices and include the Value Added Tax
and tobacco tax applicable at the time of order.
All prices are subject to change. No
liability shall be assumed for misprints or similar errors.
- Delivery fees
We assess a delivery fee of 7.00 Euros for delivery within Germany
(orders over 80.00 Euros are shipped free of charge). Shipment within the EU is subject to
a delivery fee of 17.00 Euros (with orders over 200.00 Euros shipped within the EU free of
charge). Other countries: flat rate delivery fee of 40.00 Euros. COD deliveries are only
possible within Germany. COD orders are subject to an additional COD charge of 5.00 Euros.
There is no minimum order value.
- Payment
Payment is due at time of purchase and may be made via:
- Conditional sale
All goods shall remain the property of Herzog Cigars until
payment has been made in full.
- Right of returns
The right of return period is 14 days. Returns may be made within
this period by return shipment of the goods in their original condition and original
packaging without specification of cause.
- Legal jurisdiction
German law shall apply to all transactions, and the legal
domicile is Berlin, Germany.
- We may provide links
to Web pages and content of third parties ("Third Party Content") as a
service to those interested in this information. We do not
monitor or have any control over any Third Party Content or third party
